This is the best solution. I had the same problem. Went to parts store with a machine shop. $20 and 30 minutes and I was on my way.
80/20 has a dealer in Marietta GA. Go to 80/20 website and look for dealer.
The serial number should tell you when it was built.

Try Hartville Tool . They are on the internet and carry a lot of the adapters. Maybe you will get lucky.
