I used an airconditioner relay rated for 240v with a 24volt coil and 24 volt transformer

Nor sure, call customer service with the serial number. ask about the sprockets. When I did they sent me new ones.
There was a problem with the sintered iron sprockets on earlier models.
They would break.They sent me new steel ones and have had no problems for the past 8 years.

I use one of the HF lift tables. It saves on my back when lifting heavy cabinets or chests to working height. I also use it for loading and unloading in my van.
I have cut countless aluminum/wood core doors. Just used a regular 24 tooth carbide tipped blade in a skill saw. Works fine. 40 tooth gives a finer cut. Never reversed a blade for aluminum.

I also use the Diablo 7-1/4 blades for 99% of my ripping. My good 10 inch blades stay in the case unless i need more capacity.
I also just purchased the Rolair JC10. It is extremely quiet. 60 DB, don't even hear it cycle. You can carry on a conversation right beside it.

I use a 24 volt air conditioner relay and 3 way and 4 way light switches hooked up with 4 wire thermostat wire. Switches are located in several convenient spots.
