I had a 5" no hole ROS that was stolen from a jobsite. I replaced it with a 5" 8 hole ROS Milwaukee. My question is will I cause harm to new sander by using the 5" no hole sandpaper until gone? Air would not go thru dust vaccum. TIA

Look on your sander for vent holes. If it has them then this is where it will draw cooling air for the motor and not through the disc holes. If this is the case then you should be fine.
If at first you don't succeed, look in the trash for the instructions.
No, it won't hurt the motor, you just won't have any dust collection and the paper won't last as long.
