    I feel your pain
    was working on a piece the other day and was manually moving the table
    wondered why it got stiff and then the bit snapped off.
    the machine was not running at the time.
    just wasn't quite above the piece
    stuff happens I guess

    save and postion your burnt and broken bits on the wall behind your bit tray, post the cost of them as well it has worked wonders for me!!!

    here are some "bits of shame" the red one was once a v bit that i tried to find out if i could set tool depth with the spindle running
