Thumbs up A Woman To Do a Man's Job

Send a woman to do a man's job and you'll get a better product every time .
Asked a friend to pick up floor mats at Sam's Club. Expecting the usual black or industrial rust color, these arrived to my delight. The bright pastels are a little loud, I can't here my power tools. Neighbors are complaining.
If it saves just one chisal blade or plane iron it will be worth it

Boy Tyler....those are really loud..!!! I can here'em from here.!!

BTW, Did you hand-cut or machine cut those dovetails on those floor mats? Gotta love those interlocking "wood" joints you got there!!

Whoooaa. Now those are probably the most colorful thing I've seen in a shop. Almost a shame to get them dirty.

They wouldn't be loud in our neighborhood though. Nothing could top the din from the clothes some of the teens around here wear.

LMAO, You guys crack me up . Really makes a difference. I knew about foot fatigue, back and joint pain from standing on concrete but there was instant relief, Have boring black mats around the shop but would always stand or drop something elsewhere. Like em and like the talented and lovely who got them for me. Pray for me, she could make me write bad checks!

Hold that thought Mark! Going to pick up a little redecoration at the trucking Co. Right now. See if you like the color addition. More details/glotes to follow.

Mark, I agree with the color coordinated tools, but they can accent each other as well. No PC grey with DeWalt yellow though. Yuck. One other thing...I don't know that plaid curtains would go with a Persian runner. Besides, plaid isn't in this year. I think paisley prints are making a comeback though, and they would tie in nicely with the floral patterns in the Persian runner.

Tyler, maybe you could design a futon that transforms into a workbench. You could have seating when you're entertaining, then flip it around into a bench when you're ready to go to work.

...posting -- because I noticed the mats are essentially dovetailed. She did great! And I'll bet your seeing those mats as you enter the shop will make you smile.

    Regards from another Minnesotan,

Colleen, I hear them before I get to the shop. I love em!

How are the state birds (sceaters) up your way?? If I put this WW shindig together will you come?? These shy Minnesotans got me a little concerned.
May have to run out east to see how the others do things.
