Anyone have the new Ryobi 18V brad nailer/stapler?

I see that Home Depot has these now, replaced the old stapler with a nailer/stapler.

I'm wondering if it has enough guts to drive 1-1/4" brads into hardwood.

Thinking of buying it some time this season.

Buy it and try it. They have a 30 day return policy. I've bought several of the Ryobi tools for our shop and as much as some of the guys turn their nose up at them they do the job and when they die I toss them if I can't fix them easily and buy a new one. Been through several caulking guns at $40 each. They paid for themselves.

Air nailers and staplers are more reliable. I have the Palmgren Hipshot from Amazon for $40 and it works fine for my various staplers and finish guns and I can even inflate car tires. Best bet for my money.
