    Central Jersey Resawing Help needed

Is there any kind soul in the Central NJ / Eastern PA area with a bandsaw that can handle resawing a 42"x13"x2" piece of walnut (S2S) down to 2 pcs of 3/4" or 7/8" thick stock? I'm having a bugger of a time getting this done commercially. Name yr price...

    Any help appreciated.

Shawn, I am about an hour west of Philly with an MM-16 that will do 14.5" with a TriMaster. You are welcome to come over and use it to resaw your piece if the thing with Paul doesn't work out for whatever reason. PM me if interested - I should be around all afternoon on Saturday and most of the day on Sunday.

I'm about equidistant as Paul, but my MM16 is the "original" 12" resaw which isn't going to help you! Sorry.

Thanks all. Paul Cresti helped me out. He also planed and jointed the piece for me. Much appreciated. I'll post pix when I get this made.

I knew Paul would help you out. I know him, he is a hard working family man that is truly honest and will help someone out when in need. He is a great asset to SMC.

    Richard
