Turns out that I had everything wrong ...wrong project to be tung oiling (100ft of Oak baseboard), too cold (60degrees), no circulation (as proven by the smell of my clothes after being in the shop for 5 minutes, 4 days later).
Thanks for the input everyone. The finish is working out and looking good but I'll probably reserve the tung oil for projects like that of Bill's box. BTW, absolutely beautiful job Bill!
