    Dumb question about breaker boxes

Ok, I know this is probably a dumb question, but here it goes: What is the best way to knockout the holes in the bottom of a breaker box? Is a good smack with a screwdriver all it takes or is there a better method?

If you are talking about a normal punch out - Then yes a screwdriver will work fine. I twist them off with a pliers after that.

One side of the handle on my Klein Lineman's pliers works fine for me then just flip over the pliers and twist it off.

I use a screw driver or punch most of the time but on occasion I run into a knock out that won't cooperate or I want to knock out a small knock out the thin ring for the next size fitting wants to go with it. I have a set of Greenlee slug cutters that I have had to use when I can't get them out in the normal way. Some of the larger knockouts can be a major pain especially in the less expensive Borg boxes.
