    Just a newbie here, but if you have an LCD projector (or can get your hands on one. You can project the curve onto the wood and trace it that way.

    Chris, Absolutely the most simplistic and elegant (not to mention infinitely scalable) solution. Thanks for sharing it brother I now have a print out stuffed in my binder of tricks to pass on down the line.
