    Grand daughter's bed.

Three years ago I made a crib/youth bed/full bed from Rocklers plans. I always knew I had extra time to make the bed rails and foot board before she was ready. Well guess grandpa was a little slow. I got this picture from my son. Spraying finish today and tomorrow for a Sunday delivery.

Good work Grandpa!! I don't think that headboard, wait three years, then footboard and rails technique would work around here though. We want it now...and not just the headboard either..Grandpa!!

    Grandson's cradle

UHOH! I'm not going to be doing much turning in the near future 'cause I have a grandson due to be born in May and I promised to make a cradle for him. Sure hope I get it done before he is in long pants!

Excellent work and a picture says a thousand words as for the grand-daughter's thoughts. That photo will pop up at about family re-union I would guess as it it not only precious but a great way to poke Gramp's ribs about procastinating..

What a cutie. It looks like she’s saying “Where’s the mattress?”
    Beautiful headboard.

Terry...now that's too funny!!! I hope you had your bags already packed for that guilt trip. Congrats to your son on making the point and extra points for using the cute little one to "hammer" it home!!!

Be sure and let us see the finished product (which should be soon since you've been working on it for three years, right ).

    Be well,

    Doc
