    Dogwood Burl

This is a keepsake for a customer of mine.
They are getting ready to move and wanted to take something with them. The story went something like ---I have been watching this burl grow for 20 years.
It's the first Dogwood Burl I have ever seen.
Thought you folks might enjoy a pic.

Surely do enjoy that Gary. That is a good sized burl.

She's soaking in Danish oil right now.
It was cut Saturday so the wood is very wet because it's early spring.
I am going to let her soak for about a week.
