Dust Help

I have a 2hp dust collector hooked up to several of my big dust producers, however, I'm looking a an overhead dust collection system for collecting dusts such as sanding, routing, etc. My shop is a little over 800sqft. Any suggestions and also, how well do they really work. When sanding, my shop gets filty dusty, will this help??

There are many members here much more qualified than I to answer your question. I have the same problem. I've read about and plan to build in the next few months what will hopefully be a solution for this problem.

I plan to build a DC "Box" using plywood. I'll run a main DC line to the box which will be located near my hand routing and sanding area in the shop. From the box I'll run smaller DC hoses that will connect to the routers, ROS, etc. I've heard others say that this is a good solution. Here's hoping that it works!
