Albert LeCoff lectures in Wisconsin"


The Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum (lywam.org) of Wausau, Wisconsin announces and invites woodturning and furniture enthusiasts to visit the touring exhibition "Cabinets of Curiosities" that will be on display from Saturday, Nov 20, 2004 to Sunday, Jan 23, 2005 (see http://www.woodturningcenter.org/CofC/cofcindx.html for details). Admission is free.

In conjunction with this exhibition, the Museum welcomes the co-founder and executive director of the Wood Turning Center of Philadelphia, Albert LeCoff, to the Wausau area where he will lecture on two different topics related to woodturning:

Saturday, November 20 1:30 p.m. Special lecture by Albert LeCoff:
"Evolutions in the Art and Craft of Wood Turning" at the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County. Free of charge.

Sunday, November 21 1:30 p.m. Special lecture by Albert LeCoff:
"Cabinet Making: Creativity and the Team Approach" at the Woodson Art Museum. Free of charge.
