    Searching for this Aluminum Source

I have a customer who is searching for this type of aluminum to be CerMarked. However, I've been unable to find it. I've found something close but it's anodized and doesn't have the slots cut or the curve.

    Hi Tim,

OK, I thought if it was 8 or 10 I could stack a bunch and machine them on one of the CNC milling machines.

A case? Never. I hate production work.

I would shop it around to machine shops in your area.

You should be able to bend them yourself, so I would just look for a local laser or waterjet shop to cut them out. A (modern) waterjet could cut them out stacked 10 high in short order.

Why don't you call Frank at Chewbarka. He doesn't have to anodize everything.

Do you have a drawing? I will quote them for you in quantity. I work for a custom metal stamping company.
