Jet jointer/planer - and/or any combo j/p comments.

Hello,
Anyone have any comments on Jet in general and/or the Jet Jet JJP-10BTOS 10" J/P?

Most of the comments I've read about Jet in general have been positive.
Their 8" and 10" J/P combinations appear to be very reasonably priced.

I already have a DeWalt 734 planer, so it would be more for the jointer side that I'd be interested in getting one.

I just received the jjp-10tos. I have it almost assembled. I would say if you use your jointer much at all to go another direction. The $419 Jet is a get what you pay for machine.

I use both a jointer and planer very little so I will probably get by just fine with my purchase.

Thanks for that input.
The price on the Jet appears to be very good for what you get.

For my uses, it might get me by.

I'd be interested to hear how it works once you get it set up and running as well as how easy it goes together.
