    installing Bubble Foil

We where at a show and I ran into a great buy and jumped on it.

Now I need some help----I bought a 250 ft roll of 4 ft wide Foil bubble type insulation---R-13

My shop has a metal roof with a open ceiling---she gets hot quick in the summer. The plan is to install the foil following the roofs pitch.

The question---how to you hold the foil in place---staples????
---I may be broke---but we have plenty of wood---

Foil tape designed for use with the bubble foil to seal the seams. Find the bubble foil in the Borg and the tape should be near by. Some of the bubble foil comes with a tack side. The guy that did my pole barn roll up door used something that looks like clear shipping tape on the seams but the bubble foil was designed specifically for the roll up door. Some of the foil also has an edge designed for staples. I think staples may be the correct way but am not positive. Try a Google search for more information to be safe..

What brand did you purchase? I'm considering doing the same for the walls in my metal building workshop.

The Foil I bought must of been a factory second or left over from a job----a full 250 ft roll sealed in a bag---$40.00.
Like I said ---one heck of a deal.
I will look at Borg and see what they say.

    Thanks
