Looks good Gary, and a sweetheart thing to do for your daughter. As a guy who has the forms all done and on the strongback (but hanging from the rafters) I'll be interested in the building project.

I am in the middle of the glassing process on my first kayak. I have learned so much I'm ready to start another. The next one is for my daughter.

She is 12 and it seems girls in my area really like kayaks. They grow up too fast.

I'm sure you'll have a great time building the Storm with your daughter and will do a great job with your previous kayak building experience. I'm almost finished my One Ocean Kayak Storm and my blog can be seen here http://denmankayaks.wordpress.com/ . Feel free to ask questions any time if you run into something that leaves you scratching your noggin'.

Gary and John M., keep up the good work...you're inspiring me and others to do the same! ...and next year at Mystic Gary you'll be paddling with John B. while I'm stuck on dry land...

Know this is an old thread but anyone know if the blog is still up and have a valid link.
