    Planer Dust Collection

I hooked up my new dust collector a little while ago. It is woefully inefficient, and frightfully expensive, but it puts a smile on face every time I see it!

I can see why you like your dust collector, now does Mom like getting all the shavings out.

Matt...I'd bet you get a "charge" out of your dust collector and it's definitely not static!

I used to have one of those.

Trouble is, it wasn't too long before it didn't want to collect dust anymore.

Then some other guy came a got it!

Funny thing, now they have their own dust collector, except it's a he and not a she.

I have the same brand. I'm still looking for the instructions though. We've had it for almost 8 months and I'm still figuring things out.

Dual purpose there. The dust collector collects the shavings, and the shavings are absorbent.

I have one of those. I think mine's defective, though; more of a dust redistributor than a collector.

I here those are REALLY expensive machines. Let's see, if you own one of those for 18 years, what does that come to per month? About a grand a month?
    I drink, therefore I am.

Plastic or cloth instead of plastic or steel.

    Very cute.
Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.

"...a grand a month?" I love your optimism.
