I'm building the wife a new set of kitchen cabinets, and she wants a corner appliance garage with a roll top door. Does anyone have plans for this or know where I can get a set?

IIRC, Rockler sells (or used to sell) the tambour door kit in a few wood species. I'm sure the kit comes with some instructions. FWIW, I did a few kitchens with appliance garages years ago and most of the homeowners said that they wouldn't choose to include them if they had it to do over. Appliances change, the access isn't as easy as they thought and cleaning is difficult. Also, I believe NEC requires a dedicated 20A appliance circuit for the garage. Just a few thoughts for your consideration. YMMV.
