It depends on what type of wall clock. Shaker? I know that Popular Woodworking had an article for building a Shaker Wall clock some four years ago or so. You could find it on their web site.
I think Fine Woodworking also had one which was a more authentic rendition of the Shaker clock.
I built sixteen of them one Christmas and had to set up a sort of production schedule to make it work. So I know theat clock pretty well.
Klockit.com is a good source.

I built this clock a few years ago. It was a fun project.

Dave beat me to it. If not for the plans, the Klockit catalog has many ideas in their pics.

Current woodcraft mag has a school house clock. An old Wood Mag also has one. Real simple on on some Canadian woodworking site. Oneof the best ways I've found to find projects is to google images. When I see something I like, I can check out the website for the details. Lets me visually scan 18 sites per page and really zoom through them.
