    Sons Room Project

I just orderd these prints, and I hope to start working on cutting out a set of master templates this weekend...

In addition to this, I want to build a dresser, but I want it to look like a tool chest with casters and everything similar to this

    but not as large.

Has anyone done anything like this before? I was looking for some prefab modular drawers, but everything I find is for industrial use and are like $100.00 each. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks in advance,
    Scott

    Cool...

I suppose you could use various sizes of plastic bins for drawers. I bought some a while back from Menards about 16" X 24" X 12" deep that had a lip at the top which would work well on as a drawer slide. The ones I bought were made of a very heavy black plastic, so they had something of an industrial look to them. I imagine you can find some smaller sizes as well.

    Good Luck,

    Jeff

    Thanks Jeff,
I will have a look. Plastic would be "kid friendly" too.

No, go with wood drawers (or ply) and attach some aluminum for the pulls. I don't have any kids... but that looks pretty awesome!
