    Trying out pic

Just seeing if I can manifest enough brain power to post a pick.

If it works you will see a pic of my old shop.

    Cool Works.

I see a pic, albeit a little on the small side. Also, don't know about the "old shop" part. Looks more like a clinic to me, which just happens to have a TS and some wood racks in there! How DO you keep it so clean??

Let's see if this pic is more visible. I though tthe other one seemed a little small too.

This is a keepsake box I made a while back for a coworker.

    Cool There 'ya go!

Pic is better size this time. Nice job on the box, too! Spalted Maple on the top there? I did a number of small ring boxes this last Christmas from Spalted Maple. Just love the marble-like look of it. (So did all the girls!)

    Nice box

Jim, is that splined joints on the box? Very nice!

Ya, that's spalted maple on top. I learned to not sand the wood without a mask, it makes you sick (believe you me).

The splines are made out of birch. Took a while to get the spline thickness right.

    Lot of weight

    Jim -

Both look real good - shop and box.

Glad you have figured out picture posting. Looking forward to more.
