Terry, dotting his eye may not help the situation but sometimes it will make you feel better... at least until the authorities arrive. The most important thing is that your son recovers. Financial losses are recoverable but you cannot replace that boy. Let the lawyer earn his pay. Take care of your son. The lawyer will take care of the rest.
