Finishing with a Forced Air heater?

    Hey all,

I am looking to install a heater in my shop. I can afford an overhead radiant heater, but am a bit concerned about the room it takes up and the clearances needed for safety. I have 10' ceilings.

Does anyone here have experiece with both forced air and overhead radiant heat systems for wood working? How do you finish with a forced air system and avoid having sawdust on your project?

    Any advice is appreciated.

I use a forced air heater with no problems after 5 years other than that a spider clogged up the gas orifice a couple years ago. I thoroughly clean the shop before finishing and run my air cleaner while doing so and don't have much trouble with dust blowing around.
