    Router collet question..

I have a P/C 892 router and am using it on a Keller dovetail jig with the supplied bits and the 3/8 adapter. The Keller bits seem to vibrate more than my other bits. Could the collet adapter be the culprit? Should I buy the P/C 3/8 collet?. I don't have the bit buried- it's off the bottom about a 1/4 in.

    Definitely get a 3/8" collet.
And if it still vibrates, & other cutters do not, then said cutter is sick, lame or lazy and needs to be replaced. Vibration is your enemy in RouterDom.
