    I have it on good authority that even a mediocre Wisconsin chedder will beat the pants off the best French cheese out there!

    I knew the winters in Minnesota were long and hard, but had no idea how desperate folks could get after being confined in their cabins so long. Cheese racing will never make the national circuit......at least I hope it won't.
