    Buffalo Box

    Hi everyone
Here are a couple of pics of my newest commission. It is for my wife's cousin down in NC who owns a buffalo ranch. Buffalo Jack is the president of the Southeast Buffalo Association and wanted me to make a few of these for the auctions that he will attend .The box is 6"x8"x3.5"walnut. There are 75 pieces from 12 different woods on the lid. Still have to install the hinges, lining and another coat of finish. Fun little project

    That is really, really cool!

Beautifully done, you should be very proud of this (these?)

Great job, as usual. Getting good perspective on living forms is tough, but looks like you pulled it off! I really like the colors on this one.

    Thanks guys
This was definitely a test of my scrolling skills, especially the fence-used a 2/0 reversed tooth blade threaded through 1/16" holes. Also had to use 2 power jewelers glasses to see what was going on .
