    concrete mold work

    update

    you can see our first test and some lessons to be learned abour concrete.

    todays pour and second mold went well, we will vibrate a bit longer but all in all success 16 to 30 to go!!

    all mold work done with aspire and the camaster

    Turned out really nicely, Jim.

    What is the mold made of, looks like silicone?

    Also, is that a finer mix of concrete to take the detail well?

    Not enough release agent on the face or not enouugh vibration to get in all the mould??

    Are you making a cornice piece too??(last pic)

    nick i am not sure if i showed you when you were here but the radius porch molds are 7 tons

    WOW! when will that project be completed??

    No you didnt show me when I was there..... Look forward to seeing it sometime f'in wedding.....
