Wink Lincoln to the rescue

I have an older Lincoln (1980) that weighs about 4500 lbs. I keep it licensed and I live outside of the city so I don’t get any hassles from authorities on it. I park the car at least 4’ on either side of the mailbox and that seems to work. If somebody wanted to run over my mailbox at any speed they would hit the deadweight Lincoln. I think the car would win and their insurance would buy the Lincoln. The snowplows now avoid my mailbox and the car and I don’t get my driveway buried with a 4’ snow furrow when ever they come by.

Until I did this I had problems with the snowplows killing the mailbox and the 4' snow furrows.

I like the idea of a larger mailbox surrounding a smaller mailbox with concrete spacing them, it might slow down the dents I sometimes get.
