stripped bolt
If you haven't got it out yet, I have used a dremil with the small cutoff wheel to grind a slot in the top of the bolt head and then use a large flat head screwdriver and a pair of channel lock pliers on the shank of the screwdriver to break it loose and then it will come right out.
Try it, you'll like it.

+1 for Gary Click's method, I have used it on my Ridgid and on many other bolts and screws.
After you get it out and replace it with a new screw put some Never Sieze on it so you will not have this problem next time.
The key is the correct angle.....
