    Need advice on dust collection hoses.

    I am getting to run the hoses to my DC and tools, I have purchased the 4 inch clear tubing from woodcraft along with the blast gates.

    My question is what diameter size of PVC do I use for the long straight runs.

    What kind of DC? What kind of tools? How long are the runs? How long are the drops? Most people run 6". The 4" to the machine. In a perfect world we would all have 6" right to the machine.
