    Porter Cable 314 return spring

Can someone with a Porter Cable 314 trim saw please post a picture (blade removed) of how the blade guard return spring is routed. I was repairing a slight bend in the guard on a newly purchased (used) 314 and discovered that i had no idea how to properly route this spring.

    Thanks in advance, Allen

I will if I can remember to do so when I get home today.

Here ya go. The spring attaches to the fixed gaurd thru alittle hole at about 2 oclock relative the arbor
Other end attaches thru a little hole in the rotating gaurd ..at about 9 o clock relative to the arbor
