    ShopBot Camp

    Yes once again Im hosting a get together of shopbot users and those who may be interested in becoming a ShopBot user.

    The Date is Saturday September 11th.

    At my shop which can be found by using maps.google.com : 208 Marsh View Ct. Carrollton, Virginia 23314

    And once again I have worked out a discounted rate at the local Hampton Inn for those who may need overnight accommodations. I'll post the CODE to use later when they call me back with it.

    So those of you who came out last year look forward to seeing you again and for those coming for the first time I look forward to meeting you.

    Dan I have been to a couple of the camps and there is usally something for everybody. You just winning a new CNC will most likely get some good information there. If all goes well I may be there.

    Your group block by the name of Camp Chopbot is ready to be booked.


    Instructions are as follows:

    Go to www.smithfieldsuitesva.hamptoninn.com This is our hotel website.

    Enter the dates ranging from September 10-12, 2010.

    Click Go ..

    Enter the group code (CAM) under Group/Convention code.

    Click "Continue."

    You will see your group block name and all of the rooms types and rates that are available to be booked.
    Guests will proceed to make their own reservations using their own credit cards to guarantee their rooms.


    Once again, the rates are as follows:


    Standard Queens ~ Contain (2) Queen Beds = $89.00 plus tax
    Standard Kings ~ Contain (1) King Bed = $99.00 plus tax
    Studio King Suites ~ Contain (1) King Bed and (1) Double Sleeper Sofa = $119.00 plus tax
    Studio Queen Suites ~ Contain (2) Queen beds and (1) Double Sleeper Sofa = $119.00 plus tax

    Please keep in mind that the group cutoff date is 9/01/10.

    Can't verify myself yet, at least not this far away, but if I come I may be able to give a short lecture on creating 3D image files for laser/CNC engraving.
