Did this work? This is a trout net I built for my son from a Wood magazine plan. The wood is ash and walnut and the trout inlay in the handle is mahogany. The net was purchased from a supplier. The finish is three coats of exterior polyuethane.

I'm not sure, Lou. I don't see a Trout in it, but maybe that's the fault of the fisherman, not the woodworker.
The Woodworker has done a beautiful job of laminating and bending.
