    Alumacore Cutting

    I am being offered a job cutting Alumacore and .25 PVC for real estate signs.

    I have not worked with these products before - Any special bits and feeds/speeds required with either of these products?

    Any assistance appreciated.

    It cuts like butter. I personally like the O-flute bits for this type product.

    Yes, both products do. Just watch out for the static generated causing the chips/dust to stick on everything.

    I misread Scott's comment, I thought he said cut WITH butter - what a mess my table is now!!!
