Has anyone ever used one of these? I have a small 1 man shop and need some fine dust control other than my dust system. My shop is in my basement and want to help my wife out a little more with dust.

At a max of 200CFM I don't think it is targeted at my sort of use; power saws, power sanders and so forth. For about double the price the JDS-750 and it's ilk move 5 times the volume. I'm thinking power carving or pen turning maybe the application here(?). Or maybe it gets used like I use one of my ambient cleaners; I run it as I am leaving the shop to scrub the air after a particularly dusty operation. . . at 1350 CFM through HEPA filters, it isn't really high velocity but, it scrubs the air in short order without blowing stuff around ;-)
