    Wood combinations, and contrast

So I have some pieces of Bocote and Cocobolo that I would like to incorporate into some small projects. I like the look of contrasting wood, like Mahogany and Maple together, but what can I mix with Bocote and/or Cocobolo that would look good sand not have to make a project all out of these expensive woods?

    Thanks!

Both those vary a lot and it is hard to recommend a contrast, as it might not be right for your wood. Some pics might get some specific ideas.

I mixed Cocobolo and Maple in a conference table for L7 Creative (pictures on their website). Looks pretty decent, but had to plane it smooth as the Cocobolo dust wanted to get into the Maple pores.

I have a good amount of Jatoba. I was thinking amount making an end table with Jatoba legs and top and the sides from cocobolo...
