Funniest Name of Places You've Been

    The primary rule is:

You must have physically visited the location, lived there, or are living there.

    I'll start with 5:

    Lick Skillet, AL
    Flea Hop, AL
    Slapout, AL
    Pickles Gap, AR
    Toad Suck, AR

Now...I've never visited this place, but I will next year just so I can say that I've been there:
    Rooster Poot, AR

    OK...I'm done for now.
    Thanks & Happy Wood Chips,

Intercourse, PA - I have an old picture of me standing by the road sign at that fair town.

Forget the name of the restaurant by the diner next to Hoover Dam. But the sign said "Best Cafe by a Dam Site" Jim.

There's a whole list of them in amish country in PA. I'm surprised only one of them has come up.

Edit: Might as well add the whole list. If you trawl around through central pa, you'll get through them sooner or later, but they're a little less exciting than they sound:

    bird in hand, pa
    intercourse, pa
    paradise, pa
    blue ball, pa

    And in different parts:
    climax, pa
    jersey shore, pa

jersey shore gets a mention because it's in the middle of nowhere and I don't know where the shore is.

When I was in college, I headed east on I-80 and saw signs for jersey shore not too far away in terms of miles, and thought that I was in a time warp or something.

Baker, CA isn't unusual but Zzyzx Road always catches my eye as I pass through.

There's a road here named "ZigZag Road". For anyone who grew up in the '60's that name always brings back certain memories.
