    A box Test w/ pic

Finally figured out how to get some shop pics into the new computer, only took two months. So I think I have compressed the pic enough to up load. Taking a shot at first photo post here.

This was Sunday mornings project, one of two for a friend for his daughters. Started at 10 in the morning and he took two of them home at four when finished.

This one is cherry and maple with paduak inserts. The other you can't see yet was zebra with walnut inserts, totally different. Before you ask, three caots of rubbed blond shellac, sand out, three more coats, sand out, two coats, oil sand, one coat, oil sand, wax and polish.

Now to see if I can post a pic.

    Fuzzy

Got the dang thing up, but it looks fuzzy to me. Gotta play with the sizing and jpeg compression. Don' worry, I''ll try other subjects, not repeats. Heck you'll get poor pics of a bunch of different stuff.

    Like the zebra box.

    getting there

The boxes look great and you are getting there with the pics.

Since you were able to get the pics in the next posts, I deleted the LARGE pic in the original post but left the text there so the thread would load faster.

At the bottom of the post creation window, there is a place to "Attach File". You just need to insure that the picture's file size is below the limit set on this forum...100K, I believe.
