    Lee Valley

Never used this but thought it would be interesting to try:

Otherwise you could use something like this:

Of course you could always try to build one using sliding dovetail joints. Much cheaper. I am sure you could find the hardware cheaper than Lee Valley if you didn't want to build something.

hey, that "pop out from under" leaf mechanism looks pretty cool! would save on having to store the leaves, too.

Another idea that I liked would be to build slides into the ends of the table and you just pull out the slides on the end to set each leaf onto. Only gives you 2 but I like the fact that you don't have to cut a table in half that you worked so hard to get nice and flat. I got the idea from a plan in a book titled "In the Craftsman Style" from Tauton Press. The chapter/project was title "Wenge Trestle Table". I have some 12/4 wenge that I planned to use for the legs. Just have to finish up another table before I start another.

Never used them but saw these advertised in this month's Wood magazine:

I have an equalizer wood slide on my Amish-made dining table. Those slides are beefy and rock solid.
