    proud of this one!!

    this is the beggining of a 4.5" thick 72"x72" walnut seal for the USMC in cherrypoint nc. will post results on completion in the gallery, more to come

    i had the flu so the fellows ran the machine today sending me pics and watching it on the webcam from the house, so i will check the run time tommorrow, i would say 11 to 13 hours

    Beautiful work James. I can't wait to see the finished piece!

    I'm a relative newcomer to this part of Sawmill; do you have some posted details on your machine and the software you use for both drawing and writing code? I'm sure you've written it out more times than you care to count, but I can't seem to pin it down...

    I get to play with a Multicam router. We do a lot of neat stuff, but it's nowhere near your caliber of work!

    my machines are built in calhoun GA just a stones throw from buford!! i have the camaster x3 and have been wanting to start on another machine and it is looking like spring now. maybe i can talk joey into having it ready by the next aspire gathering, i use the aspire software this was done with the new version that most are just getting as they released it yesterday

    yep they wanted it to have a full rounded globe and the file when stretched at 60" flattened it out so i used aspire to raise the depth, will run the rest of it tomorrow

    Looks awesome.

    BTW, I love your style - spindle and two routers and no DC! Sweet setup!!Cant wait to see you collect for three spindles!

    in the pics you can see tony the tower and the 20 hp vac for the table is under the dusat collector,

    got another 15 hp to add when i get around to it, sold the older single head machine and been kickin my self in the arse ever since, now the new owner will not sell it back to me
