Up and Down distance

Hello
I need this simple info (not in the manual) that I had noted down, but I've lost it.
plus Epilog tech support is closed until January

For the Epilog mini 18 (probably the mini 24 is the same answers)
In inch, How much distance of the table is the up Arrow value? (for one press)
Same question for the down arrow? I remember that both are not the same values.

In other words, the steps distance values for bringing the table up and down.
