Thread: Everyone get the new Grizzly catalog...

Everyone get the new Grizzly catalog...

They must be doing well, it's seems thicker then last year. Prices seem a bit higher, but I don't really follow Grizzly prices. There were a few accessories and some hardware that caught my eye, but still fun to page through.

P.S. Don't worry I still favor Delta, Powermatic, and General, but they have lots of other stuff besides the Grizzly/Shop Fox stuff...

A good friend ordered a 1023 and an 8" jointer before the price increase. Saved about $270.00 plus tax. Course he has to wait on the 1023 for 4 to 6 weeks I told him to hurry up as I've got lots to joint

    Catalog

    John,
Yep! They spent more on that catalog than I have in my whole shop!

I don't own much Grizzly stuff but the few accessories that I DO have are an excellent dollar for dollar value. At least that is MY $.02.

I can remember when I used to get excited about the Sears catalog......I like the Grizzly book better.

I got mine a week ago....fourth one now. Even with the price increase they are still reasonably priced machines.

    John -

Got mine! There was a thread about this last week and many folks had theirs - I didn't. So I went one line and ordered one. Mine came the next day. Maybe I will get another after the online request goes through.

Distribution of things like that (for our neighborhood) depends on the mail carrier. When our guy is out sick/vacation/etc., only the important (read light weight and not too much of that) mail is delivered. When he gets back to work, a mountain of stuff arrives. You'd think they would have a little "back room" discussion with the substitute carrier about getting the stuff out and not leaving it for the regular carrier.

Yours will appear soon "in a mailbox near you"!

Got mine last week (1/6) You think they could spend a little less on the catalog and keep the prices lower. I'm glad I got my G0555 last fall

It's been a few years since I've gotten a Grizzly catalog. After 2-3 years of no orders they stopped sending them. I just ordered a new one yesterday.... I can't wait ! God I love catalogs !!!
