    Prayer request

We have a member here by the name of Dan Kralemann, who contacted me several weeks ago about getting together and making a trip to meet with Jim Adkins in Dexter, MO to see first hand some of the techniques Jim uses to make his beautiful basket weave illusion pieces. Dan recently found he has prostate cancer, and doctor appointments are rightfully taking priority over our trip. I have never met Dan, but I'm praying for him and ask that you do the same.

Richard, I don't mean to hijack your thread...but I'd like to add my name to the list. I was diagosed with a cancerous tumor in my right lung (not lung cancer) on Wednesday. Some here already know...many don't so let's get all of us in on this. I'll have surgery on the 15th to remove part of my lung. Dan...Blessings and prayers to you and your family...I know mine needs it, as we share this journey.

  10. It is so refreshing to see a community gather around and support those in their time of need like this! There is power in prayer and power in agreement when people pray in unity. Both Dan and Jim will have a prayer covering from me!

Please let us all pray for Jim and Dan and there family's.
Prayers helped me and my family in 1999 when I was diagnosed with throat cancer,by a small miracle the Dr. at the VA did microscopic surgery and saved my voice.
