I have a confession to make...

I am a TOOL JUNKIE!!! I traded a 14" Jet for a 18" Jet bandsaw. I think I did real good. My friend bought the 18 and it was way to big for his shop. So he traded me for my 14" deluxe model with Carter guides and a few extras. The 18" was lightly used and had never been setup properly. My friend has a shop in his backyard that is difficult to access, so we made a trade, and are both happy. Enjoy, Russell

Never put off until tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.

  5. Russel...I have one of those 18", and trust me it will cut all the blanks you need and do it with dispatch!

The guy we got it from had NO clue how to set it up. The saw teeth were 1/4" behind the bearings. It still had the factory blade on it, we cut up several blanks today and I am going to do a few more after Church tomorrow. The 3 hp makes a difference when you are cutting 12" thick wood.
