I don't think the exhaust will matter. I can blast it out into the area between the garage and my central AC. Invisible from the street, and it would go right into the soil. Nearest neighboring house would be well over a hundred feet away.

Steve, if you are saying that the dust will be exhausting near the condenser of you AC system, I see a major problem. Dirty condenser coils is a big problem.

If he uses a separator (mine, or a cyclone), there won't be enough dust to pose a problem for a condenser.
