You don't mention if you are wanting metal gates or plastic. If you want metal gates, this place seems to have decent prices on 5" and 6" gates.

Best source is Home Depot for some really cheap parts and your own shop. I made all mine in 6" based on this guy's plans and they cost me all of about $30 for about 12 of them and have been working great for several years now.
