need ideas for sound insulation in ceiling for basement shop

I am about to turn a 30' x30' basement in to a workshop that will have the standard machines, tablesaw, planer, jointer etc., with exception of a 5 hp Oneida cyclone vac. The walls are going to be sheet rocked. Floor is painted concrete.
I was planning on putting in a drop ceiling with accoustic tiles. Should I add something else in between the tiles and the wood floor above? Perhaps fiberglass roll insulation? Or is this overkill?
Any suggestions are appreciated. I want to do this once!!
    Thanks

i used some Roxul insulation in the our wall between the garage and house and it works good. I would assume it would work even better between basement and floor above if you use some of the thicker batts.

I googled it. Did you use the product safe'n' sound? How much does it cost?
