    first segmented bowl

    This is really my second, but the first one was very small, made from scrap and good practice. Even with practice, I would have been lost without the help of Mr Dennis Edwards.

    This one is birch and bloodwood. It's about 9.5 inches in diameter and about 4.5 inches deep. Finish so far is one coat of walnut oil.

    Quick to turn, but it took a while to get it all glued up.

    Critiques welcome.
